My inspiration arises from cultures, traditions, people, faces, nature, emotions and life itself. I watch the complex environment around me and I explore the most simple and beautiful elements from it. I strive to show that every part, every shape, every little or big thing has its distinct beauty.
I emphasize line, shape, light, and strong contrast.
As I go through life, I am imaginative and empathetic. I like to put myself in other people’s shoes and think of what they might be experiencing. As a graphic designer, I consider myself to be a collector of thoughts and emotions. I am an optimistic artist. I am a communicator and organizer of feelings, beliefs, passions, thoughts. The tool that allows me to make my statement is the computer. It gives me freedom and control over my ideas.
I care immensely about the environment and am fascinated by how people react to it. I try to represent these reactions and leave it to my audience to interpret it as they see it. Using graphic design, I communicate visually and my priority is to share my perspective with the viewers. I am working toward
building a visual voice for environmental change. I do not want to get in people’s faces; I want to get in their heads. I am trying to be provocative in a respectful manner rather than an offensive one.
I am interested in creating experiences and reactions through my work, which will stir emotions in my audience and lead them to create a change. My purpose in doing so is to allure active receivers more so than just passive viewers.
I am exploring the significance of hierarchy, in which scale, contrast, series and composition play a major role.
